TERMS OF SERVICE

Please carefully read my TOS before requesting to commission me!
If you have any questions, please contact me.

By working with me, you're agreeing to my Terms and Service of my work. Which is purely for digital artwork.

• You are only purchasing my services and the digital file;
_{You will not receive any physical items.}• I own the right to decline any commission I don't feel comfortable with.• I usually work Monday to Friday.• I own the right to post WIPs and the final product on my social media / portfolio.
If you want the commission to be private please let me know beforehand.• Regular commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, meaning you can’t use the commission for commercial purposes. (merch, streaming…)• The prices listed are only estimates, prices are based on the complexity of the request.
Once you send in your request, I'll give you a quote. Unless simplifying is allowed.

*Note: I can draw male characters in chibis / emotes.

BASIC COMMISSION INFO:

•Payment is made through PayPal in EUR €.•Payments are always upfront and once the commission is agreed.•The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).•I can do payments plans for Live2D models such as half before starting and half when finished.▸Turnaround time is: 1-2 weeks for Illustrations and emotes. // 1-2 months for Model Art or Rig.
It may take longer / shorter time depending on the complexity of the work.▸You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

▸Fill in the commission form and send it to me.▸You will receive a Paypal Invoice after 48 max hours upon confirmation.▸Once I receive the payment, I will notify you when I start working on your commission.▸Sketch will be sent to you for approval.
- Once I have your approval I’ll proceed to color and finish the commission.
- A maximum of 3 free major revisions per commission. More revisions will result in an additional fee.▸You will receive a high resolution file of your commission.
After the submission of the final product, changes are not allowed.

COMMERCIAL USE:

•Live2D model prices already include commercial fees. This include:

▸Commercial use for other than Live2D models divides in two types:
A. x1.5 multiplier for game assets, promo art, stream usage, banners / screens etc,
B. x2 multiplier for merch, prints, artbooks etc.▸Please be sure to credit me @LynnaVTT.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

▸I'll do my very best to create the perfect commission for my customers!▸If your model's rigger suggests significant changes regarding the parts' cropping / separations, contact me and I will edit them with no charges.
You can always put me in contact with your rigger for easier communication!▸I'll do my best to deliver the commission before the required date!

You agree to these terms by sending any request for a commission.

FEE TYPES:

▸⠀⠀The rush fee is 30% of the product price.
▸⠀⠀Complexity fee is 20% of the product price.
▸⠀⠀Design fee is 25% of the product price. (It does not include character sheets.)

- I can do rush commissions, for an extra fee I can have your commission done by the date you request. (price depends on the date)
